RainViewer public access is not assumed to cover commercial use. Radar is disabled in commercial mode without confirmation.
Location/model/time-bucket keys use edge cache and optional shared KV, with stale-while-revalidate.
Active NWS alerts are shown for supported U.S. locations with official-source labeling.
Visible OpenStreetMap/RainViewer credit and server-side tile cache limits are applied.
Publisher ID alone cannot activate ads. Commercial mode, provider rights and certified CMP confirmation are all required.
Configure and verify a Google-certified CMP before EEA/UK/Swiss advertising. The built-in preference prompt is not represented as a certified CMP.
